If you have a heavy odor of natural gas, immediately leave the building and call 911 first – then call us.

Major Water Leak?

If you have a major water leak, shut the water off at the main valve and give us a call, we’ll head over right away. If you don’t know how to shut the water off, give us a call and we’ll walk you through the process.

Flooding? Be Careful…

If your basement is already flooded, DO NOT attempt to check your sump pump. It is likely still connected to electricity and you could get shocked. Call us immediately.
